  1. Set your priorities: The reason that we get lost is often contained in a problem that we don’t know where we’re going. Write your plans for career, ideal relationship, personal development – everything you think is vital for you. This plan will be the compass that won’t let you get lost it the sea of daily routine.
  2. Be ruthless towards time-consumers: We all lament the lack of time to meet with friends or go to the country over the weekend. But in the same time, we ALL watch TV, play online games and update status on Facebook. Just try to count the amount of time these things swallow – you’ll be surprised. Refuse these things, and you’ll free an extra time reserve.
  3. Plan your rest time: Time management has become common to plan our work tasks, but why do we neglect planning our rest? Set it right as soon as possible. If you work in the office, make regular breaks to let your eyes rest or, if possible, do a short warm-up. Don’t stay in the office during the lunchtime, in addition to having a meal have a break to stretch your legs. Plan 7 or 8 hours of sleep – it’s a bad idea to cut the sleeping time. Include meeting your friends or dinner with your parents to your schedule along with business meetings.
  4. Delegate the unenjoyable tasks: If you’re not a professional in some kind of activity you’ve got to do, the best way is to delegate it to the professionals. Yes, it costs money. For some reason people think about saving money and forget about wasting precious time. But money can be earned, and nobody will return you the lost time.
  5. Leave a backlog for inspiration: Find some time to be alone with your thought, read an incentive book or meditate. If you have a creative work, you can think about new ideas. And for everyone, it’s necessary to think over your life in general to keep their mental health.

Work is the activity to consume a lion’s share of our day. But the rest can be organized the way you want, just think about the activities to make this time full of joy and interesting. And the neat thing is, no matter how good your job is, always place your family on #1.
